Hello, I just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you how appreciative my husband and I are of the service we had today on our 11 year old Sub Zero unit. Our specialist Robert showed up and was very prompt in determining the cause of the unit troubles. He is personable, knowledgeable and handled everything promptly and painlessly; and, he had all required parts in his vehicle and was able to make the repair immediately. He also removed and replaced the food items inside the unit - it looked actually more organized than it was before he arrived! What an asset Robert is to your company!
