KNOW YOUR WARRANTY
Sub Zero provides the best warranty in the business and it’s important to understand the terms and conditions or your warranty. Also, beware of the non-authorized service company appearing to be factory authorized and then charging you for something that should be covered by your warranty. Your Sub Zero is fully covered for the 1st 2-years and some repairs are covered for an additional 5 years. Also, some parts are covered for up to12 years. The service companies that are not authorized may tell you otherwise and you end up paying for something that is covered by the warranty. Box Appliance Service is the only Factory Authorized Sub Zero and Wolf service company in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. Starting February 1st we will be promoting our “Condenser Clean Program” by mailing reminders to all customers in our database.The letter being sent is a reminder to clean your condenser or contact us here at Box Appliance to schedule this service at a discounted rate. Condenser cleaning is an essential procedure which should be performed twice yearly to ensure proper and efficient operation of your Sub Zero refrigerator and or freezer, Wine Storage units and icemakers. The savings gained from this service in the form of lower electrical bills and preventable product failure is well worth the effort and expense of scheduling this important maintenance.
The numbers are in! Box Appliance service leads the nation in Customer Satisfaction! Sub Zero Freezer Company today announced the results of their 2008 “Customer Satisfaction” surveys. Every time a Sub Zero or Wolf appliance requires a Warranty repair, the factory contacts each customer and asks several key questions regarding the quality and the timeliness of services provided. Since January of 2007 Box Appliance Service has been the exclusive factory Authorized Warranty service provider for Sub Zero/Wolf appliances in Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties, and after two years we’ve brought the customer approval rating of service in these areas up to an unprecedented level of 97 percent. Our entire staff and their “Commitment to Excellence in Service” have proven out in these numbers.
Condenser cleaning is essential for proper operation of your Sub Zero refrigerator; this service should be done at least once per year, preferably twice. Service Of The Future
Box Appliance enters into an agreement with Sub Zero Freezer Co., to become a “Service Of The Future” company. This is a new program, developed by Sub Zero Freezer Co, and is designed to elevate the level of service support to their customers. By this agreement, we will become the exclusive service provider for Sub Zero/Wolf products in much of Southern California.
