The Bergo family purchased the business in 1974, and as they say; “the rest is history.” We have always specialized in the repair, maintenance and installation of products manufactured by the leading “high end” manufacturers. These special brands are known for innovations in design and technologies. Our technicians, both service and installation, have always received extensive, ongoing training from these product manufacturers so that we can offer you prompt courteous and always professional service. For the past 33 years, we have been Sub Zero’s primary service company in San Diego and we continue to maintain an excellent customer satisfactions rating.  In January of 2007, we became the third service company in the nation to sign an exclusive “Service of The Future” contract.  This contract designates Box Appliance as the only factory authorized Sub Zero Service Company in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties.  Therefore, we are Sub Zero refrigerator repair Orange County, we are Sub Zero refrigerator repair Riverside County and we are Sub Zero refrigerator repair San Diego County.  Also, Sub Zero Freezer Company is the parent company of Wolf Cooking Products and as such, we are the exclusive authorized Wolf appliance repair company for these same counties.  We are fanatics about respecting your time and property.
