• Factory Authorized: We are factorized authorized for both service and installation, for the brands we represent.
  

• Trained Technicians: Our service and installation technicians receive many hours of factory training to stay abreast of the ever-changing technologies.
  

• Service Integrity: We use genuine replacement parts, and state-of-the-art test equipment to maintain your appliance’s operating performance and integrity.
  

• We Are Careful: We respect your property and make every effort to safeguard it during your service experience. We use protective coverings and cleaning materials.
  

• Customer Service Representatives: Our Customer Service Representatives are very knowledgeable and will make every effort to resolve your appliance concerns. We are there to help you, give us a call or check out our tips section for answers to common questions.
  

• The Process: Our office is open 7:30am to 4:30pm. To help you plan you day, we will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service and confirm the service call. On the morning of the service call, we can provide you with a two-hour window as to when to expect the service technician. We realize your time is valuable, and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
  

• Employees: All our service professionals are employees of Box Appliance, not sub-contractors. Our service technicians and installation technicians wear company uniforms and drive well marked company trucks.
  

• Stocked Service Trucks: Our service trucks are well stocked with genuine replacement parts and test equipment. We will make every effort to service your appliance as efficiently as possible. In the event we need additional parts that are not stocked on our service truck, we have access to a number of sources and will make every effort to order and receive the part as soon as possible.
